Christ.. some of you should be bitch slapped. NO ONE has the time to do this shit and LISTEN..there is so much ambience ( REAL AMBIENCE) that even if we DID "tool it" you would hear it bouncing off the back wall OUT OF TUNE!. yes.. we DID fix a cluncker here and there. Guilty! Ooops.. like everyone else on the fucking planet including VERY un-obvious artists! Come on, we had ONE Night to flim this and we had some tech problems but God Dammit its fucking live. There is loose shit all over the place. We were on tour while Mac was mixing this. Yes, he DID use some harmonizers and shit to fill out vocals which MAY be the slight digital vibe. At one point Mac wanted us to come in and quadruple the BG's. We tried it on one tune and it was like Mutt Lange on acid. I said NO WAY its too good and fake.. and we went back to what we have. We use some sound EFX samples, percussion samples, loops, and Oooh, yes doubled BG's on a few of the over the top production tunes BUT come on.. LISTEN, there is loose shit all over the place. NO ONE IS LYPSYNCHING EVER!!!!!!!!
This is the most LIVE record we have ever done. We live in a U tube world. Sure, Bobby had a bad night here or there, so did I , vocals are HARD guys. If YOU had to do it for 2 years 5 nights a week and had ONE show to record, come on, why not fix something thats really bad. We did NOT fix everything. It would take till 2020 to do that Mr. arm chair producer. Dig the record or throw it away. Better yet, I will send you your fucking money back and then stop starting hurtful FALSE rumours. Fuck dude. Give us old guys a break. We are bustin our asses off. Dig the DVD when you can SEE it then bust my ass. Of better yet, go to the Everthying sucks and is protooled.com site. I pro tooled ALL my guitar parts.. oh and it took months just to get the kick drum on the grid..come on man. Get some beer, some pussy, something but for god sakes let it go. Thats not just to "you" whomever you are but to all the other dicks that spread rumours like this. You can HEAR the pro tools on this??? Thank you Hellen Keller.
