Yes, only the claw.
The claw missing is down in the drum, next to the pedal, so there's a "normal" slotted tuning rod (without the t-rod).

Does the Force 2000/3000 have the same claw?

I'm desperately looking for one chromed Sonor Hilite bass drum claw.
If anybody should have one extra, or just know where to find one, I'd appreciate it a lot.
