Black Dahlia Murder - Flies von Blastphemer

    Black Dahlia Murder klingt aber besser als andere Vertreter der Blastfraktion, wie z.B. die Band des öfter genannten Gearge Kollias --> Nile.


    Trotzdem Geschmackssache und trotzdem Blastfemer viel Erfolg.

    Nunja, ich würde ja nicht unbedingt behaupten das er in der Band ist.


    Probezeit würde ich das eher nennen...


    Und wie schon oft hier erwähnt: das mit der dicken Macker raushängen lassen würd ich wirklich unterlassen, sonst bist du ganz schnell wieder ex-member ;)

    warum machst du dir die mühe das ganze aufzunehmen, aber stellst noch nichtmal ne lampe irgendwohin, damit man eventuell auch mal was erkennen könnte?!? ?(

    Meine beiden Sets

    Hier bin ich wieder, in Deutschland. :D


    Begründung im Derekroddy Forum. Ein "kleiner" Bericht, den ihr wissen solltet:



    There is something you should know.


    I am back at home and wont work with bdm anymore.


    After the try out i got a ticket to get back in the usa because they wanted to work with me on the next record. We worked on new songs, ordered cymbals and i even got money. They were really nice guys and happy with my playing. They said it was sure that i would record the next Album. They only wanted to see how i play live because nothing much experience in that. Also i needed to play louder to make the sound pissed. But except for that it was "awesome playing"...


    Suddenly 3 days ago they said that they booked a ticket for me for tomorrow to get back home. I had to change the plane 4 times and wait in barcelona for 6 hours. They booked my ticket just 1 hour before i got the news that i am out. I asked why for sure and they only said i wouldnt be ready for the gigs next month. What the fuck?


    6 weeks for the first gig and i almost got the whole set to play live. But suddenly i am not ready and leave the usa. Thats weird. I definitely know that they didnt tell me the truth and i think that they have someone other in mind wich might be better for the job because no one would kick someone out without a new plan if they have to record an album soon.


    Im really pissed off that it came so late.


    But i am happy to be home. I can finish my school and still have fun with my friends.

    Irgendwie tut mir das leid, das Du die Erfuellung Deines Traumes vor Augen hattest und dann unsanft abgestuerzt bist. Aber Du bist jung, haks unter Erfahrung ab und zieh die Konsequenzen draus. ;)


    Vllt. wollte BDM auch nicht 14bpm schneller spielen?! :D (Sorry, der musste sein!)


    BTW: Wirst Du uns mit weiteren Doppelbassgewittern zu kreischender Musik begluecken?


    Also, Kopf hoch, dat Leben geht weiter!

    das ist wirklich sehr hart! hoffentlich klappt's beim nächsten mal :D
    was habt ihr da drüben dann eigentlich so gemacht? nur geprobt oder auch schon was aufgenommen? haben die sich nochmal irgendwann gemeldet?

    John und ich sind zum Guitar Center gefahren und ich hab mir alle Becken von Sabian aussuchen können, denn die Band bekommt die zu 70% reduziert. John hat alles bestellt unter anderem auch mit Cash bezahlt für sämtliche Sticks, Practise Pads und Remo Heads. Ein Gibraltar Rack wäre auch noch gekommen aber zwei Tage später saß ich dann ja im Flugzeug.



    Wir haben gleichzeitig alte Songs geprobt und nebenbei Songwriting fürs dritte Album. Das ging 10 Tage lang so, bis ich dann sogar Cash vom Label bekommen habe, was ich immernoch hab. Danach die plötzliche Umentscheidung.
